Urban Studio makeup blender - $4.99 CAD, Winners.  Guys, I love this thing!  I used to use my fingers to blend my concealer but these sponges are a dream.  Dampen the sponge and use it to blend your concealer (or foundation) - the result is an air-brushed look and the dampness of the sponge works well with the makeup to give you that fresh, glowy, dewy look.  It also works well with powder; I use this to perfectly apply my setting powder.

Uniqlo Drape Pants - $14.90 USD, Uniqlo.  During my trip in NYC, I wandered into Uniqlo and bought these pants at the encouragement of my friends.  Yes, even I sometimes succumb to peer pressure.  They raved how they'll be the only pants I'll want to wear and holy crap, they're right - they're light weight, airy and SO comfortable.

Uniqlo non-slip footies - $9.90 USD (pack of 3), Uniqlo.  For years, I've tried to find non-slip footies that actually stayed put and every single one was a failure....until these.  There's a soft, non-slip silicone at the heel so that you dont have to worry about the back slipping off.  I wear these all the time with my converse/kicks and they're so comfortable.

  4. I am a big fan of the real techniques sponge, but I will check and see if TJ Maxx or someone carries that brand. Anything is better than paying $20 for a beauty blender!!!

  5. My Uniqlo vest is one of my favorite things EVER. It was $30ish and I wear it every day to walk dogs in the fall/spring/winter.

  6. I have footies with the gel but they're getting old and they don't hold on as well. I might need to look into these. I've just started using a blending sponge, too, but I didn't think about wetting it. Genius!

  8. I need some of those comfy pants in my life asap. I'm not usually a blender user for my makeup, but for that price, I can definitely try it out.
