Awesome Things You Need In Your Life

Taking a page out of Steph's book, here are some great things I've come across that I'd like to share:

1.  Canva.  A great photo and blog image editing tool.  I used to use PicMonkey but Canva has way better fonts, designs and collage formats.

2.  Wire baskets.  If you love organizing, wire baskets are your friend. I found all of my wire baskets at the dollar store (cooking section and bathroom section); just rip off the handles or take off the suction cups and voila! you have a multi-use basket to organize your stuff.  And seriously, you can't beat the price - $2 per basket!  I saw the exact baskets at Winners for $9 #fuckthatshit.

3.  Command Hooks. Don't want to drill into yo' shizz to hang up those awesome wire baskets you bought at the dollar store?  Don't fret, use these little hanging juggernauts that are strong and so easy to install; they're seriously so amazing.  There are a ton of awesome and brilliant command hook hacks that you can find on the internet to help you organize your entire life.

  2. I've never used Canva but it looks pretty cool...
Command hooks are awesome but occasionally they'll peel paint with the sticky part. Just FYI!

  4. They just randomly started charging for Picmonkey too, with no warning to users. Canva is way better - it's slightly less user friendly at the beginning but once you make a couple images it's like second nature.

  5. I need to check out the command hook hack.

I actually hate Canva, I went from that to Picmonkey. I still use Canva sometimes but I find it to be a pain in the ass.

  6. I love Canva for the variety, but it is harder to work with. It doesn't always do what I want and sometimes I get so pissed off I abandon my project and use picmonkey instead lol. I just bought some command hooks last weekend for a few things around my house. Love those things.

  7. I am such a fan of PicMonkey but now you have me intrigued with Canva... though I did get on there once & I was so confused, I quickly closed it up.

I have had the worst luck lately with the Command strips. They've tore off my wall in 2 separate rooms. One had some of my race medals on it so I'll give that one to weight - but the other was holding a little canvas & really not that heavy. I dont know what's going on.

  9. I use Canva to buy pics and help clients with their pictures. I use photoshop normally but Canva works great for most people's needs. And it's free! I've been curious about those command hooks. The commercial are dumb but I need to try the product!

  10. PicMonkey has went downhill so much lately :( It used to be my go-to but I'm turning to Canva more & more.

Command hooks are basically the best ever. Like, one year for Christmas or my birthday I just want a mega pack of them. That has to be available- right, Amazon?

  11. Well since Picmonkey decided to go rogue and is no longer free, Ive gone to Canva and befunky. Canva really is lovely though!

I found a tiny little wire basket that attaches (suctions) to my sink where I put my sponge and OMG I am in love!
